Quest Point of Sale (POS) terminals support a variety of network options including QuestNet, Ethernet, Internet or Wireless network connections.  This creates a high level of flexibility for the layout and portability of the POS system.  Quest Wireless POS terminals can be moved to any location within a Convention Center that is covered by a wireless network and maintain full functionality. These terminals will operate for up to 10 hours on battery, or can be plugged into a regular power socket for constant use.

All Quest POS terminals, including wireless and hand held devices provide credit card authorizations in less than 2 seconds, and will all integrate on the same installation.  A combination of Quest V-Touch, Versaterm keypads and Walkabout Hand Held terminals provide the flexibility to support all operations, and all locations within a Convention Center.

Quest Venue Manager Software enables multiple events to be run concurrently in different locations within the one venue.  Therefore, accurate revenue, inventory and cash management will be maintained for each event.  This enables effective forecasting for future events, as sales data can be accessed by event, event type, location or date.  Venue Manager Software has the capacity to produce stand worksheets. These worksheets provide an event based audit system making it simple to compare and analyze Physical, Terminal and Cash Sales by location and event.

Quest Hospitality Manager should be used by non-event based convention centers, operating as a daily ongoing interest.  Hospitality Manager provides a comprehensive management tool without the need to complete event based inventory counts.
